Robert Kennedy biography

Robert Kennedy Jr. is the president of the Waterkeepers Alliance. He started as a prosecuting attorney for Riverkeepers. In his association with the organizations and his dedication to environmental issues, Kennedy has been named by Time magazine as one of the “Heroes for the Planet.” "To me, the environment cannot be separated from the economy, housing, civil rights and human rights. According to his personal website, Kennedy has fought for environmental issues all across the United States and has helped several indigenous groups in Latin America and Canada protect their land and natural resources.
